About Gym Riki
The key concept to Gym Riki is strength and skills. I believe that if I train like an athlete, learn skills like an athlete and stay motivated like an athlete I will live a little longer and healthier. It’s timely to look at the relationship of athletic training in the context of practical and explosive martial arts like Muay Thai Kickboxing, Gracie JiuJitsu, and Commando Krav Maga. To succeed in these fine skills will require practice and training. At Gym Riki you’ll learn how to train.
And that’s my proposition to you who are looking to improve your strength, flexibility, athletic prowess, stamina, coordination… If we take life seriously and take the training seriously, with consistent practice and unwavering motivation we will over short time be able to visibly push the limits of our current athletic thresholds.
Remember the key word in working out is “work”. Please keep that in mind when coming to the gym. Leave your fears at the door. This is everything but a competitive place. I am here to assist. You are here to work.
