Workout: Tabata drills 8x rounds (20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest). Record the total number of reps for each exercise and take a 1 minute rest between exercises.
Pushups + Sit-ups + Jumping Squats (45# bar) + Ball Slams + KB Swings
