Parkour began June 10 at 18:00-21:00 (6:00 - 9:00 P.M.). Call for details.

My White Collar Boxing team is beginning. Bring in your boss. Let’s see if

he/she has what it takes to go “all the way”. BTW. They will need to join the

gym.

I am currently enrolling for the Gracie Barra Denver team. Let’s promote, train

together and compete in the local and regional events.

I’ve been invited by Master Toddy to bring our boxing team to Las Vegas to

compete. The team is open to anyone 18 and over. Younger boxers need their

parents consent and commitment to participate.

Crossfit

keep up with the beginners.

Not more than 5 reps and 5 sets. Start light. A variation will be to begin and end from the knees upward. Do not work to exhaustion. This is not an intensity exercise.

This week and next Marcus is at the World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship in California training and competing. The website is http://graciebarra.com/news.htm .
Training will be held daily at the gym and we will review from the last 8 weeks of techniques.
Weekly class will be held at the normal time of 18:30.
New classes open: M-W-F at 11:00 and Saturday at 12:00
Kids classes open for summer at 10:00, 15:30, 14:30
