Your Community for Strength Training and Martial Arts Skills 

News

I am enrolling students for our Gracie Barra Denver Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program  The after school program is scheduled to begin the first week of September Monday thru Friday at 3:30 pm (ages 6 to 11) and 4:30 pm (ages 12-17) Saturday will be a combined class at 11:00 am. Please call the gym or send  email to: dan@gymriki.com.

Parkour Denver is Tuesday and Thursday nights at 18:00-21:00 (6:00 - 9:00 P.M.). Call for details.

Our White Collar Boxing team is on. Bring in your boss. Let’s see if he/she has what it takes to go “all the way” and train for the big one at Gym Riki Muay Thai Boxing Denver Kickboxing.

The Gracie Barra Denver team has begun. Let’s train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu together and compete in the local and regional events.

Master Toddy has challenged our Denver Muay Thai Boxers to compete in Las Vegas. The team is open to anyone 18 and over. Younger boxers need their parents consent and commitment to participate in the training and amateur boxing matches.

August 9 Tim V. Lee from Gracie Barra is coming to the gym. Members are free, non-members are $50 for the all day Gracie Barra Denver Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu camp.  Limited to 30 participants. Please call the gym at 303-368-4900 or dan@gymriki.com.

The summer “Big Looser” contest is on. Gym Riki Denver isn’t a weight loss center, however major reward of strength and fight training is the disappearance of useless weight. There is an athlete under that soft exterior and we are focused on building lean muscle to replace the fat. That is the benefit of training. Come in, sign up for the contest and take hold of summer.
