The date had to be changed. Our apologies but the 8th of January became impossible. Please check the site soon as we will re-schedule with Flavio.

All members please be at the gym before 18:30. Class will begin on time. To all others wishing to attend please call the gym to reserve space and let us know you are coming. The training is $45 fee in advance (Gi required). You must be at the gym no later than 18:15 to sign a waiver. Thanks
