Workout of the Day

All Members -Note the program changes. We’ve worked hard to keep the programming to our normal level. We appreciate your steadfast support. Come to  the gym. Let’s train.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu   -Sapao is now directing the program for all levels. Kids BJJ is now from 4:00-4:45 Monday and Wednesdays -no Saturdays until fall. Adults beginning class is from 6:00-7:00 and advanced class is 7:00-8:00 on  Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Saturday adults 12:00-1:00. Classes will be held at the Modern Combat Sports Gym, 2200 South Monaco Parkway, just south of the Sears store until further notice. **Note the Tuessday and Thursday 12:00 Jiu-Jitsu class is still on. Please call to confirm attendance.CrossFit

CrossFit will be on Monday and Friday at 12:00. Wednesday at 12:00 come prepared to train and box.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-1:00 adults.

Monday and Wednesday 4:00-4:45 kids 6-8 and Saturday 11:00-11:45.

Monday and Wednesday 6:00-7:00 beginning  adults and 7:00-8:00 advanced adults.

Friday 6:00-8:00 “Friday night fights”

Saturday 11:00-12:00 kids and 12:00-1:00 adults

Muay Thai Kickboxing

We are boxing now Wednesday at 12:00 and Monday and Wednesday at 7:00.

All Members -This is the summer season. Set your sights on getting to the gym 3+ times per week.
