Introduction to CrossFit for $100
Intimidated by the learning curve of CrossFit? Not anymore. Jump into the Ramp-up program. 12 specific CrossFit sessions, approx 30 minutes each, in a 30 day window, $100. These sessions are scaled to fit the beginner (Firebreathers beware). We’re passionate about CrossFit. We understand what we do is a little over the top. The introduction is easier. The “Rest of the summer” promotion:
Join the Jiu-Jitsu program for a minimum of 12 months and we’ll buy you the GI. Blue or White. It’s a $150 value so you can’t miss.
Enroll in the Thai Boxing program and we’ll give you a set of gloves and shin guards. This is also a 12 month minimum commitment.
CrossFit. There is nothing to buy here. All you need is your shorts, shoes and a lot of heart. We’ll give you two months free if you put your name on the board for 12 months. Challenge yourself. Tuesday and Thursday 12:00-1:00 adults.
Monday and Wednesday 4:00-4:45 kids.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00-7:00 beginning adults and 7:00-8:00 advanced adults.
Saturday 12:00-1:00 adults.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Pracitce and skills Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00. Monday and Wednesday at 7:00PM
Commando Krav Maga
Fundamentals: Conditioning, weapons.
