As you can see CrossFit is broad in scope. There is always a way and a place to train as long as you know the mechanics of training and have a goal. But we all know that…

CrossFit introductory program. Fundamental concepts, physiological basics, beginning exercises. Are you reticent to try CrossFit? Relax, this elite fitness program can be scaled down for anyone -Baby boomers, overweight, injuries, out of shape… All you need is spirit. The intro class runs for one month.
