Developing functional strength through core training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing is today’s language of fitness. Train for functional strength, build your core, and create a sustainable level of fitness independent of prior physical condition… Choose your fitness wisely!
Challenge yourself with a regimen of kettle bells, Olympic weights, gymnastics exercises, plyometrics, Pilates mat stretching, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (core strength, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility), Muay Thai Kickboxing (strength, stamina, balance, cardio-vascular endurance, coordination…),Commando Krav Maga (balance, explosive power, neurological development…) and CrossFit.
Work in a coached environment. Train in a class situation. Take part in a “Main Street” gym setting with other dedicated people.
